Description

  • Own the first three months of every new client engagement, from kickoff and onboarding through campaign launch, initial results, and handoff to the long-term account team.
  • Lead, assign work to, coach, and make staffing decisions for a team of Account Strategists and SDRs.
  • Diagnose and directly resolve underperforming campaigns across lists, copy, targeting, and SDR execution.
  • Handle escalations and difficult conversations with U.S. clients, reset expectations, and support at-risk accounts.
  • Own pod performance metrics, including trial-to-long-term conversion, appointments against plan, time to first appointment, and onboarding time.
  • Build, evaluate, and continuously improve the new Intake function, including its onboarding, handoff, and hiring processes.
  • Partner with the Head of Delivery during ramp-up and take full ownership of pod operations and metrics.

Requirements

  • Hands-on background in SDR/BDR, Account Executive, Customer Success, or Account Management roles, followed by leadership experience in that function.
  • Experience leading a client-facing team, including hiring and performance-based termination decisions.
  • Practical experience with at least one outbound channel: cold email, cold calling, or LinkedIn outreach.
  • Advanced English proficiency (C1) and confidence leading difficult calls with U.S. clients.
  • Ability to move quickly, make timely people decisions, and operate effectively without an established playbook.
  • Experience in an outbound or lead-generation agency, SDR outsourcing, or a 50–200-person client-services business (preferred).
  • Experience working with U.S. clients (preferred).
  • Experience building or redesigning onboarding, customer success, or delivery processes (preferred).
  • Daily use of AI tools in work processes (preferred).
