Description

  • Lead assigned client implementation projects from planning through delivery, meeting contractual milestones and quality standards.
  • Own project scope, timelines, milestones, risks, actions, issues, and dependencies.
  • Maintain accurate project tasks, owners, due dates, comments, and status in Hive or the approved project management system.
  • Coordinate consulting, migration, training, billing, utilities, and other internal specialists to remove delivery blockers.
  • Lead recurring client communications, document decisions, and escalate risks when commitments are at risk.
  • Complete project forecasting, ACV hygiene, reconciliation, and revenue-timing activities, including required DOMO and Slack updates.
  • Follow Professional Services policies, security and data requirements, SOPs, escalation paths, and handoff processes.
  • Improve implementation templates and playbooks and provide informal coaching to less experienced project team members.
  • Use approved GenAI tools for deliverables while reviewing outputs for accuracy, brand alignment, and data-governance compliance.
  • Travel domestically to client sites as needed and manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in project management, client onboarding, or professional services delivery.
  • Ability to manage multiple active projects or large workstreams with strong organization and prioritization.
  • Working knowledge of project delivery methods and reporting.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to lead client calls.
  • Ability to work independently within established policies and exercise sound judgment on when to escalate.
  • Comfort using internal tools and project management systems with training.
  • Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
  • Ability to use approved GenAI tools, write clear context-rich prompts, audit AI output, and protect proprietary and PII data.
  • Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-stress environment while maintaining professional stakeholder interactions.
