Description

  • Own the end-to-end onboarding lifecycle for mid-market customers, from sales handoff through go-live, adoption, and transition to Account Management.
  • Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables for timely implementations.
  • Serve as the primary customer contact and maintain clear communication and stakeholder alignment throughout onboarding.
  • Lead pre-kickoff, kickoff, project check-in, and go-live meetings; document action items and next steps.
  • Identify and manage project risks, dependencies, and escalations to maintain momentum and customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate implementation activities across Sales, Onboarding, Product, Support, Professional Services, and Account Management.
  • Monitor onboarding success metrics, customer adoption, training completion, and utilization milestones.
  • Drive a high-touch implementation experience that helps customers realize value quickly.

Requirements

  • Business-professional written and spoken fluency in English, Portuguese, and Spanish.
  • At least 4 years of experience in hotel operations or hotel management.
  • At least 1 year of project management experience in a SaaS or customer-facing environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organization and attention to detail.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional stakeholders and driving projects to completion in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication, relationship management, and customer presentation skills.
  • Ability to solve problems proactively, manage ambiguity, and adapt to changing customer and business needs.
  • At least 1 year of project management experience in hospitality SaaS (preferred).
  • Experience in customer implementation and onboarding at a hospitality SaaS company (preferred).
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Zendesk, Slack, or similar customer operations tools (preferred).
