Description

  • Administer SAP IQ environments across development, test, and production systems.
  • Develop and maintain ETL workflows using SAP Data Services.
  • Ensure data quality through validation processes and related controls.
  • Provide technical support to end users and stakeholders, including troubleshooting database issues.
  • Design, develop, program, and administer SAP IQ and SAP databases.
  • Develop and implement logical data models, schemas, and data validation processes.
  • Work with Government stakeholders to address evolving business and technical requirements.
  • Maintain compliance with applicable security, governance, and operational standards.
  • Write, analyze, and optimize complex SQL queries, including long-running queries.
  • Tune database performance by resolving bottlenecks, optimizing server configurations, and restructuring indexes.

Requirements

  • Must be a U.S. citizen and eligible for a government clearance.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working with SAP IQ products.
  • Experience designing, developing, programming, and administering SAP IQ and SAP databases.
  • Experience using SAP Data Services to develop and maintain ETL workflows.
  • Working knowledge of SAP IQ developer tools and Integrated Development Environments (IDEs).
  • Experience developing and implementing logical data models, schemas, and data validation processes.
  • Experience working with Linux (RHEL) and Windows operating systems.
  • Experience reading from and writing to fixed-width, delimited, XML, and text-based file formats.
  • Working knowledge of programming and scripting tools such as C/C++, Java, Python, Perl, and shell scripting.
  • Strong experience with JDBC, including database connections, SQL execution, result set management, and secure transaction handling.
  • Proficiency in writing, analyzing, and optimizing complex SQL queries.
  • Strong database performance tuning skills for resolving bottlenecks and optimizing retrieval.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
