Description

  • Assist with cloud resource hygiene across Azure, AWS, and GCP, including tagging, cost checks, and configuration compliance.
  • Identify unused resources, stale accounts, and misconfigured assets to support inventory cleanup efforts.
  • Participate in governance reviews to help ensure security, naming, and operational standards are followed.
  • Build and enhance Power BI dashboards for infrastructure KPIs, cloud spend, ticket trends, and operational health.
  • Assist with data modeling, DAX measures, visual design, and dashboard clarity improvements.
  • Partner with engineering and operations teams to automate data refresh pipelines and validate data accuracy.
  • Contribute to application and infrastructure migration activities, including discovery, documentation, and environment readiness.
  • Maintain migration runbooks, track progress, and support cutover activities.
  • Participate in post-migration validation to confirm performance, connectivity, and security baselines are met.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to analyze incidents and trends and recommend improvements.
  • Create process documentation, SOPs, and knowledge articles for internal teams.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives across infrastructure, monitoring, and service delivery.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Foundational understanding of cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
  • Basic experience with Power BI or similar business intelligence tools.
  • Familiarity with scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Curiosity, willingness to learn, and interest in modern infrastructure.
  • Expected graduation by Spring 2026 or December 2026.
  • Interest in full-time employment after the internship ends.
  • Ability to participate in a 2026 Summer Internship Program and a 12-month rotational program.
  • Preferred openness to gaining experience across multiple departments through 3-month rotations.
