Description

  • Exceed monthly revenue quota and grow sales in the assigned territory.
  • Identify prospective customers, generate leads, and convert them into sales.
  • Collaborate with new and existing customers to understand needs and recommend solutions.
  • Coordinate the sales process with Marketing and the Sales Solutions Engineer, including product demonstrations.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with the Regional Sales Director and/or CCO.
  • Maintain accurate customer records in HubSpot CRM.
  • Partner with Marketing and cross-functional teams to refine sales and marketing strategies.
  • Represent EnsoData at industry shows and travel for onsite demonstrations as needed.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in sleep medicine, especially home sleep testing sales; PPG experience is preferred.
  • Healthcare software, SaaS, or Software as a Medical Device sales experience is preferred.
  • 5+ years of account executive experience is preferred.
  • Experience closing business in a health system is required.
  • Enterprise health system sales experience is preferred.
  • Experience working with CRM tools is preferred but not required.
  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • Strong people skills, positive attitude, and the ability to partner with a dynamic team.
  • Experience working with remote and hybrid teams.
  • Startup, tech, software engineering, or similar company experience is a bonus.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
  • Must live in the territory area; applicants outside the territory will not be considered.
  • Must be legally eligible to work and reside in the United States now and in the future, as sponsorship is not available.

  • Base salary of $90,000 with on-target earnings of $220,000.
