Description

  • Architect and deploy AI agents within Databricks for NLP-based data generation, automated enrichment, and complex data reasoning.
  • Develop natural language interfaces that let stakeholders query the data warehouse through "chat with your data" experiences.
  • Integrate LLMs into data workflows to automate and add intelligence to reporting and analytics processes.
  • Develop scalable data models to support analytics and AI use cases.
  • Implement AI-driven enhancements such as anomaly detection and data enrichment.
  • Build and maintain robust data pipelines that improve reporting, billing reconciliation, and data consumption across the organization.
  • Ensure data quality, traceability, reliability, and maintainability across pipelines and workflows.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Analytics, and business stakeholders to deliver data platforms and improve data reliability.
  • Optimize the performance and scalability of data and AI workflows.
  • Support automation and engineering practices through CI/CD processes.

Requirements

  • Strong experience with Databricks Lakehouse architecture.
  • Hands-on experience building RAG pipelines using Vector Search.
  • Advanced SQL development experience.
  • Experience integrating LLM APIs such as OpenAI or Anthropic into data workflows.
  • Hands-on experience using AI for data enrichment, anomaly detection, and automated classification.
  • Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks.
  • Exposure to Model Context Protocol (MCP) or similar approaches for connecting AI models with external tools and data sources.
  • Strong understanding of tool calling/function calling to securely connect LLMs with SQL databases and external APIs.
  • Experience in prompt engineering and guardrailing, including system prompts that preserve context and hierarchy.
  • Experience with Databricks Mosaic AI and Unity Catalog for governing AI assets is preferred.
  • Experience with GitHub workflows is preferred.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines such as Jenkins or similar tools is preferred.
  • Experience working with YAML/YML configuration files is preferred.
