Description

  • Source and recruit healthcare providers, registered nurses, and administrative staff across multiple states.
  • Create and maintain job postings in an applicant tracking system and on job boards such as Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and LinkedIn.
  • Initiate timely communication and follow-up with applicants throughout the recruiting process.
  • Review resumes and CVs to determine candidate qualifications.
  • Conduct phone screens and schedule interviews with management.
  • Maintain detailed candidate records and notes in the applicant tracking system.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and provide frequent follow-up with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Act as a liaison between management and applicants during the hiring process.
  • Create and send personalized offer letters to selected candidates.
  • Provide weekly updates on the recruitment pipeline and help develop new recruiting strategies.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting.
  • Knowledge of the healthcare industry or a desire to learn healthcare.
  • Experience with high-volume recruiting is a plus.
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent people skills.
  • Proficiency in email, phone, and text messaging communication.
  • Strong time-management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to maintain and update data in multiple electronic databases.
  • Strong computer skills, including MS Office and a range of business software programs.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt quickly to change, and solve problems creatively.
