Description

  • Run full-cycle searches for primarily go-to-market roles across the international business.
  • Partner with hiring leaders to define roles, align on hiring priorities, and set expectations for success.
  • Build and manage pipelines to support growth in international markets.
  • Deliver a consistent, candidate-first experience across time zones and geographies.
  • Provide insights on international talent trends, compensation, and recruiting strategies.
  • Adapt and improve recruiting processes so they scale across regions while remaining human and flexible.

Requirements

  • Strong experience recruiting primarily for GTM roles and other business roles with exposure to international markets.
  • Proven ability to partner with senior leaders or founders on high-priority hires.
  • Experience navigating global hiring challenges, including time zones, regulations, and local market dynamics.
  • Comfort building and evolving recruiting processes that work across borders.
  • Trusted advisor to hiring managers and a thoughtful, respectful partner to candidates.
  • Adaptable, curious, and energized by helping a startup expand globally.
  • Bonus if excited about open source, security, or finding talent in unconventional places.
