Description

  • Oversee daily cash positioning and short-term cash forecasting to maintain sufficient liquidity for operations.
  • Partner with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Credit, and FP&A to optimize working capital and reduce cash tied up in the business.
  • Identify, assess, and manage foreign exchange exposures, including developing and executing hedging strategies when needed.
  • Invest excess liquidity in highly liquid, low-risk instruments to maximize cash yield.
  • Manage the revolving credit facility, including utilization, covenant compliance, and liquidity availability.
  • Serve as the primary contact for banking partners, negotiate fees, and maintain account structures.
  • Maintain treasury policies and internal controls, and support compliance with company policies, external regulations, and audits.
  • Use and improve treasury tools and ERP systems to strengthen efficiency, reporting, and visibility.
  • Prepare treasury dashboards and updates for executive leadership.
  • Collaborate with Accounting, FP&A, Legal, and Operations on treasury initiatives and broader business needs.

Requirements

  • 5-8+ years of experience in treasury, capital markets, corporate banking, corporate finance, or related financial roles.
  • Hands-on experience with cash management, FX risk management, and liquidity planning.
  • Strong knowledge of working capital management, treasury instruments, and hedging strategies.
  • Experience managing credit facilities is highly preferred.
  • Advanced Excel and/or financial planning tool skills.
  • Experience with cash forecasting, financial modeling, and scenario analysis.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems such as NetSuite and treasury management tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presenting complex financial information to executives and senior leadership.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • A collaborative, hands-on, highly organized, detail-oriented approach in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

  • Base salary range of $112,000 to $155,000 USD.
