Description

  • Generate a constant pipeline of bold, unconventional stunt ideas that earn attention and build brand awareness.
  • Rapidly ideate across physical installations, out-of-home stunts, digital activations, creator partnerships, and hybrid concepts.
  • Own activations end to end, including concepting, scoping, production, launch, and post-activation measurement.
  • Build and manage a bench of contractors and production partners to scale activations efficiently.
  • Identify culturally timely moments where Engine can participate in unexpected, earned-first ways.
  • Partner with brand, creative, and performance marketing teams so activations support brand search, share of voice, and CAC efficiency.
  • Use partnerships and sponsorships as inputs for stunts that become cultural moments rather than logo placements.
  • Define success metrics for each activation before launch and evaluate what counts as a win or flop.
  • Manage the activation budget across scrappy repeatable stunts and higher-investment flagship moments.

Requirements

  • 7–10 years of experience in brand, experiential, stunt, or earned-first marketing.
  • A portfolio of work that generated conversation and attention, not just impressions reports.
  • Hands-on ability to move from concept to launch without relying on a large agency team.
  • Experience managing contractors, freelancers, or external production partners.
  • Strong cultural awareness and ability to translate trends into brand moments.
  • Creative velocity and the ability to identify which ideas are worth shipping.
  • Comfort working in traditionally "boring" B2B categories and making them interesting.
  • AI-fluent and systems-adaptive, with use of modern tools for ideation, production, and measurement.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and building structure without a full playbook.
  • Direct communication skills and the ability to pitch bold ideas to executives.

  • Base pay range: $130,000–$160,000 USD.
  • Compensation may include equity and/or variable pay (OTE).
  • Experience level, expertise, and location factor into compensation.
  • Hybrid-hub or fully remote work environment, depending on role needs and location.
