Description

  • Lead integrated campaigns from concept through launch, owning scope, timelines, resourcing, and delivery.
  • Bring a production perspective to early ideation to shape ideas that are both ambitious and executable.
  • Design and improve scalable workflows that increase velocity without compromising creative quality.
  • Build review and approval frameworks that improve clarity, speed, and decision-making across teams.
  • Manage intake and prioritization across Creative, Product, Growth, and Brand Marketing.
  • Lead external agencies, production partners, creators, and vendors from pitch through final delivery.
  • Identify and remove systemic inefficiencies to strengthen processes after each campaign.
  • Navigate trade-offs between speed, cost, and craft while communicating delivery considerations clearly.

Requirements

  • 6–8+ years of experience in creative production, campaign operations, or integrated marketing.
  • Track record of leading large-scale, multi-channel campaigns.
  • Deep fluency in end-to-end creative workflows across film, video, photography, motion, audio, and 3D.
  • Proven ability to succeed as a highly accountable individual contributor without direct authority.
  • Strong operational rigor paired with creative judgment.
  • Excellent cross-functional influence skills and the ability to build trust quickly.
  • Calm, decisive presence in high-pressure, high-visibility environments.
  • Highly organized and pragmatic, with good judgment on when to apply process.
  • Experience with Asana, Figma, and Google Workspace.
  • Familiarity with AI tools including Claude.

  • Competitive base pay of $126,000–$175,000 USD.
  • Total compensation may include equity and/or variable pay (OTE).
