Description

  • Own 1–2 Diversity and Belonging workstreams as the directly responsible individual, including scoping, delivery, timeline management, and outcome reporting.
  • Translate D&B insights into business language that connects equity data to employee experience metrics, retention outcomes, and business performance.
  • Produce blueprints, toolkits, and strategic programs that Talent Partners and leaders can use without ongoing D&B support.
  • Apply systems thinking and root cause analysis to diagnose equity gaps and design interventions at the process or structural level.
  • Build measurement into every project by defining baseline metrics, success criteria, dashboards, and scorecards.
  • Use AI and technology to improve consistency, reduce bias, and expand the reach of D&B workflows.
  • Design rollout, intake, communication, and adoption strategies that drive usage and embed solutions into business operations.
  • Develop and pressure-test solutions for applicability across Airbnb’s global footprint in partnership with regional stakeholders.
  • Contribute to select Employee Experience priorities and recurring D&B-owned annual programs.
  • Bring externally validated equity practices and current best practices into owned work.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience in D&B, HR strategy, organizational effectiveness, or related people work.
  • Proven track record of building systems, frameworks, and leading complex cross-functional programs.
  • Deep equity expertise with the ability to diagnose systemic root causes, analyze disaggregated data, and design structural interventions.
  • Experience creating scalable solutions that were adopted and used by others without ongoing involvement.
  • Experience contributing to and influencing cross-functional People team initiatives without owning the primary workstream.
  • Strong data fluency, including setting baselines, defining metrics, building dashboards, and measuring outcomes.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and curiosity about applying them to D&B work.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including clean documentation and executive-ready presentations.
  • Ability to work autonomously on complex, ambiguous projects and deliver results.
  • US remote eligibility, with occasional office or offsite attendance and residency in a state where Airbnb, Inc. has a registered entity.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $168,000–$210,000 USD.
