Description

  • Develop and execute the partnership acquisition strategy across accounting integration ecosystems, consulting, financial advisory, and GPOs.
  • Source, negotiate, and close complex partnership agreements with enterprise-level organizations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with executive stakeholders, including C-suite leaders and senior partners, through acquisition and onboarding.
  • Onboard new partners in collaboration with Partner Success, Partner Marketing, and Partner Program teams.
  • Drive post-signing momentum and partner-referred deals.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations to launch and support new partnerships.
  • Track KPIs for the corporate networks program, including pipeline activity, signed partners, and revenue generated.
  • Provide regular reporting on partnership performance to leadership.

Requirements

  • 7-10+ years of experience in enterprise sales or business development.
  • Proven track record of selling SaaS or technology solutions into professional services firms.
  • Mastery of the one-to-many sales motion and partnership models that scale through a partner network, portfolio, or member base.
  • Exceptional financial acumen and ability to build data-driven business cases focused on ROI, operational efficiency, and value creation.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and close deals with C-suite executives and senior partners at large, complex organizations.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a bias for action and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
  • Experience building go-to-market motions and selling through partners to unlock growth.
  • Preferred: experience with accounting integration ecosystems, accounting firms, consulting, financial advisory, or GPOs.

Benefits

  • Competitive base salary of $120,000-$145,000 USD.
  • Total on-target earnings of $165,000-$190,000 USD, including base salary and variable pay.
  • Potential equity and/or variable pay (OTE).
  • Opportunities for bonuses and commissions.
  • Hybrid-hub model with flexibility to work in offices or fully remote depending on role needs.
