Description

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Account Executives to exceed sales goals.
  • Coach team members through one-on-one feedback, goal setting, and performance reviews.
  • Set clear performance metrics and use data to track progress and improve results.
  • Manage day-to-day team operations and help remove roadblocks to selling.
  • Analyze sales KPIs such as activity levels, conversion rates, and quota attainment to adjust strategy.
  • Report team performance and insights to senior leadership.
  • Troubleshoot operational issues and resolve challenges that affect productivity or client success.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership on strategy, best practices, and process improvements.
  • Partner with marketing, product, and operations to align on lead quality, sales tools, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 4-5 years of experience managing and developing Account Executives and Business Development Representatives.
  • Experience leading a sales team, preferably in the SaaS space.
  • Hands-on involvement in day-to-day sales operations.
  • Proven ability to coach junior sales talent to exceed targets.
  • Experience holding team members accountable and addressing underperformance.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate and provide constructive feedback.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze sales data and use KPIs to drive performance.
  • High energy, resilience, and adaptability to changing business needs.

Benefits

  • Total OTE range of $190,000 to $235,000 USD.
