Description

  • Manage the full sales cycle for mid-market deals from prospecting through close.
  • Coordinate and deliver compelling online demos to potential and existing clients.
  • Generate new opportunities through high-volume outbound prospecting and self-sourced lead development.
  • Manage a book of named accounts, tier accounts, and identify target personas.
  • Collaborate with the Account Management team to support onboarding and growth of new accounts.
  • Build enduring relationships with businesses to encourage continued use of Engine for hotel bookings.
  • Maintain a clean, organized pipeline and manage daily sales operations in Salesforce, ZoomInfo, and Outreach.
  • Work with company resources and outbound tools to support prospecting efforts.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of B2B sales representative, SDR, or BDR experience.
  • Experience with outbound prospecting tools and processes, including Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, and Gong.
  • Track record of exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • Strong listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail in a fast-paced, unstructured environment.
  • Desire to improve corporate travel and employee perk programs.
  • Comfort working in an office 5 days a week, Monday through Friday, for the first 90 days depending on performance.
  • Experience in a hunter-style outbound sales role is preferred.
