Description

  • Manage a portfolio of utility client and vendor integration projects from requirements discovery through scoping, planning, testing, and production launch.
  • Lead client-facing technical delivery and serve as a trusted advisor on integration approach, value, and process.
  • Champion EnergyHub’s platform APIs and integration use cases, including OpenADR and related utility workflows.
  • Provide access to API documentation, sandbox environments, and testing procedures to support client understanding and execution.
  • Develop repeatable integration playbooks for systems such as Customer Information Systems, Grid DERMS, and OpenADR dispatches.
  • Coordinate with internal teams including Product Management, Engineering, Solutions Engineering, Sales, and Client Success to keep integrations on track.
  • Collaborate with external partners and counterpart teams to ensure successful integration delivery and launch.
  • Manage scope, stakeholders, and critical-path dependencies to ensure integrations are completed on time.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 5-7 years of experience in technical program management, product management, developer relations, or related roles.
  • Experience in demand response, API integrations, and communication protocols such as IEEE 2030.5 and OpenADR.
  • Strong external communication skills with customers, partners, and vendors.
  • Experience with REST API architecture, status codes, and authentication.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional stakeholders within existing resources.
  • Ability to communicate complex issues clearly, precisely, and in an actionable way to influence change.
  • Experience with cloud-based SaaS products.
  • Energy industry experience preferred, particularly demand side or DER management.
  • Understanding of residential distributed energy resources such as smart thermostats, battery energy storage systems, and EVs.
  • Familiarity with utility systems such as ADMS, DERMS, and SCADA.
  • Project management experience with tools, frameworks, and processes.
  • Experience with support tools and systems for external parties to log, prioritize, and resolve issues.
  • Sponsorship or other immigration-related support is not available for this position.
