Description

  • Own the client relationship end to end, including program launch support, account health, and escalation management.
  • Manage the Central Region portfolio, including P&L ownership, ARR growth, and account expansion strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and execute strategic initiatives that improve growth and efficiency.
  • Lead cross-functional projects and initiatives to align client work with company goals and objectives.
  • Work with Sales to implement new program structures, improve tools and processes, and track renewals and upsells.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor by understanding client objectives and helping design programs that meet those targets.
  • Communicate program results, facilitate meetings, and deliver nuanced updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Support Product and Marketing by capturing customer voice and market feedback.
  • Develop deep knowledge of demand management, program success drivers, and EnergyHub’s product capabilities.
  • Support contract negotiations with utility clients and SOW negotiations with partners and end-use customers.

Requirements

  • BS or BA degree.
  • 5-7+ years of professional experience in consulting, technology services, or client success.
  • Experience working in or with renewable energy, utilities, and grid services or adjacent industries.
  • Experience with demand side management and demand response programs and implementation methods.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex, technical topics clearly and succinctly.
  • An analytical, creative, and curious mindset with confidence working with numbers and spreadsheets.
  • Ability to build trust and strong client and partner relationships.
  • Experience working in a cross-functional, fast-paced team environment.
  • Experience managing multiple high-priority projects.
  • Experience in an enterprise software/SaaS organization in the energy space is preferred.
  • Sponsorship or immigration-related support is not available for this position.
