Description

  • Serve as a product expert for the commercial team and match utility client needs with technical or service solutions.
  • Conduct discovery with prospective and existing clients to understand business requirements and key pain points.
  • Work with the Product team to design solutions that deliver strong ROI.
  • Improve proposal, contracting, and delivery processes using AI and automation tools.
  • Facilitate customer feedback to help inform the product roadmap.
  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to align messaging to the market.
  • Convey the value of EnergyHub’s platform, services, and program offerings to clients and prospects.
  • Act as a liaison across product, business development, and program delivery teams to build cross-functional knowledge.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 3-5 years of experience in technical sales, enterprise software sales, product management, or a related field with client-facing work.
  • Energy industry experience preferred, especially in energy asset aggregation or utility programs.
  • Strong curiosity and a desire to learn.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Comfort communicating cross-functionally and externally with clients.
  • Ability to travel periodically (~10%) for client visits, prospect demos, and industry conferences.
  • Experience with platform integrations, APIs, and data transfers preferred.
  • Experience or data fluency with SQL or Python, Cloud BI tools, and AI agents preferred.
  • Experience with enterprise-level process management tools preferred.
  • Must not require sponsorship or other immigration-related support.

Benefits

  • Base salary of $100,000-$115,000.
  • Uncapped variable compensation target of $34,000, for an OTE target of $149,000.
