Description

  • Collaborate with Partner Solutions Managers to support performance across EnergyHub's network of distributed energy and IoT partners.
  • Coordinate partner launches into new utility grid service programs, including drafting and executing Statements of Work (SOWs).
  • Liaise with partners to support successful operational and technical launches.
  • Manage partner contracting workflows and signatures for new and existing partners.
  • Facilitate legal document review with the Legal team.
  • Update partner documentation in Confluence and help refine information management processes.
  • Maintain and update partner records in Salesforce and support special projects.
  • Create and monitor dashboards to track team operations.
  • Engage with partners regularly to help ensure fulfillment of obligations in current utility programs.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Enrolled in, or a recent graduate of, a bachelor's or master's degree program.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and project management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work flexibly across multiple work streams and prioritize in response to changing needs.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Spreadsheets.
  • Knowledge of Confluence and Monday.com is a plus.
  • Interest in using business skills to support green technology and advance a clean energy future.
  • No sponsorship or other immigration-related support is available for this position.

  • Hourly pay range of $24-$25 USD.
