Description

  • Steward product positioning, messaging, and product narratives.
  • Create go-to-market materials to support launch planning and marketing campaigns.
  • Conduct customer, market, and competitive research to inform strategy.
  • Enable the sales organization with materials and training.
  • Partner closely with Product Management on roadmap insights and customer feedback.
  • Support product adoption and retention initiatives.
  • Measure launch and campaign performance to assess effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Marketing to craft product positioning and company messaging.
  • Develop marketing and sales materials that communicate Energage’s differentiated value.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in product marketing or product management in a B2B company, preferably software.
  • Ability to understand and assess a market landscape.
  • Understanding of product positioning and why it is important.
  • Willingness and desire to engage directly with customers and prospects.
  • Demonstrated interest in adopting AI tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Fluency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • HR Tech experience preferred.
  • Experience with Adobe Suite or Canva preferred.
  • Familiarity with Pardot, HubSpot, or Marketo preferred.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce reporting preferred.
  • Must reside in one of the approved remote-work states, including AZ, DE, FL, GA, MD, MI, NC, NE, NJ, NY (excluding NYC), PA, SC, TN, TX, or WI.

  • Salary range of $80,000 to $95,000 annually, based on relevant experience.
