Description

  • Hunt and build pipeline through high-volume outbound outreach across phone, email, LinkedIn, and video.
  • Use behavioral data, intent signals, and industry changes to personalize outreach and target vertical-specific pain points.
  • Run efficient discovery calls to quickly qualify prospects into Security, Productivity, or Process opportunities.
  • Position the platform as workforce intelligence rather than surveillance and explain how AI features reduce analysis time.
  • Partner with SMB ecosystems such as MSPs, HR consultants, and accountants to generate referrals and expand pipeline.
  • Proactively address privacy concerns by highlighting privacy-first features such as visual redaction and offline recording.
  • Manage full-cycle sales activity from prospecting through demo and pipeline progression.
  • Refine outreach and performance based on results, feedback, and coaching.
  • Build momentum beyond inbound leads and source a significant portion of pipeline independently.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of full-cycle SaaS sales experience, ideally in cybersecurity, data analytics, or HR tech.
  • At least 40% of pipeline sourced independently.
  • Experience using HubSpot and Apollo to run outbound sequences and track performance.
  • Ability to discuss insider risk, DLP, and ROI with both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Strong demo skills with the ability to adapt in real time based on prospect priorities.
  • Proven hunter mindset and comfort with high-volume, multi-channel outbound prospecting.
  • Extreme ownership, coachability, and a continuous-improvement mindset.
  • Experience working with or selling through SMB partner ecosystems is preferred.
  • Prior experience in cybersecurity, data analytics, or HR technology is preferred.
