Description

  • Build and own pipeline through high-volume outbound outreach across phone, email, LinkedIn, and video.
  • Personalize outreach using behavioral data, intent signals, and industry changes to target vertical-specific pain points.
  • Run short discovery calls to quickly qualify prospects into security, productivity, or process opportunities.
  • Position the platform as workforce intelligence and clearly explain the value of OMNI and Timmy Copilot.
  • Partner with SMB channels and ecosystems such as MSPs, HR consultants, and accountants to generate referrals and expand pipeline.
  • Address privacy concerns by highlighting the platform’s privacy-first architecture, including visual redaction and offline recording.
  • Conduct competitive displacement and use ROI-driven messaging to close deals with SMB buyers.
  • Adapt demos in real time based on prospect priorities and business needs.

Requirements

  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.
  • 2–4 years of full-cycle SaaS sales experience.
  • Experience in cybersecurity, data analytics, or HR tech is preferred.
  • At least 40% of pipeline sourced independently through outbound prospecting.
  • Comfort discussing insider risk, DLP, and ROI with both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Experience using HubSpot and Apollo to manage outbound sequences and performance.
  • Strong demo and presentation skills with the ability to adapt in real time.
  • Extreme ownership, coachability, and a continuous improvement mindset.
  • All roles require reference and background checks.
