Description

  • Ship full-stack features across React frontends, backend APIs, data layers, and infrastructure scripts.
  • Review code, mentor engineers, and help raise engineering standards across the team.
  • Lead architecture decisions and define technical standards.
  • Collaborate with product and design to deliver value quickly.
  • Own complex initiatives end to end and make technical decisions independently.
  • Optimize performance, scalability, and reliability of the platform.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and support incident response.
  • Design and ship secure integrations with ML prediction engines, LLMs, and third-party APIs.
  • Build high-performance user interfaces that handle heavy data loads.
  • Create dashboards that turn complex datasets into actionable insights.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of professional experience with strong full-stack engineering skills.
  • 4+ years of experience with React or Next.js, Nest.js or Express, GraphQL, Docker, and Postgres.
  • Experience with system design and architecture, including CQRS, event sourcing, and distributed systems.
  • Experience building scalable, secure, production-ready systems and owning them.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Comfort working in a high-trust, low-process environment.
  • Experience building real-time data visualizations or analytics dashboards is a plus.
  • Experience with behavioral data, event streams, or time-series analysis is a plus.
  • Experience shipping ML-powered features to production is a plus.
  • DevOps and CI/CD experience is a plus.
