Description

  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and consistently meet or exceed individual quotas.
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities within assigned mid-market accounts.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, to influence buying decisions.
  • Serve as a Teramind ambassador by clearly articulating product value propositions and acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Create comprehensive account plans, engagement strategies, and growth targets for each account.
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional virtual teams to drive complex sales opportunities to close.
  • Own sales opportunities end-to-end, including accurate forecasting of outcomes and timelines.
  • Manage proof-of-value deployments with cross-functional teams to define success criteria and drive positive customer outcomes.
  • Network within client organizations to expand influence and uncover latent pain points and expansion opportunities.

Requirements

  • 4–6+ years of quota-driven sales experience at the mid-market or enterprise level.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and network across multiple organizational levels, including C-suite executives.
  • Strong understanding of security technologies and industry trends; proven sales success in the IT security industry is preferred.
  • Experience closing deals in the $20K–$100K range.
  • Familiarity with formal sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC).
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills and ability to create and deliver compelling value propositions.
  • Skilled at identifying and influencing key decision makers and acting with strong business acumen and ownership.
  • Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM tools is a plus.
  • Existing strong security contacts or network encouraged (preferred).
