Description

  • Own the end-to-end implementation lifecycle for enterprise customer deployments from contract signature through first value validation.
  • Participate in late-stage sales conversations for select Strategic deals to assess implementation complexity and set expectations.
  • Develop preliminary implementation plans and conduct implementation readiness reviews before deal close.
  • Create and maintain the master implementation project plan, including rollout schedules, milestones, dependencies, and RACI documentation.
  • Run implementation cadence meetings, including kickoffs, weekly status calls, internal syncs, and executive check-ins.
  • Coordinate across internal teams such as Customer Success, Technical Account Management, Support, Product, and Engineering to keep work on track.
  • Manage alignment across customer stakeholder groups, including business units, IT/Security teams, sponsors, and end users.
  • Track, document, and escalate implementation risks with mitigation plans and clear ownership.
  • Support the customer champion and facilitate adoption through early usage milestones and first Customer Value Review (CVR).
  • Execute structured handoff to the CSM with transition documentation covering decisions, open items, key contacts, and lessons learned.
  • Build and maintain enterprise implementation playbooks, templates, and communication guides.
  • Contribute implementation expertise to improve onboarding journeys across segments and support select complex Mid-Market implementations when needed.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience in implementation management, program management, or professional services within B2B SaaS.
  • At least 3 years of experience focused on enterprise-tier customers with $100K+ ACV.
  • Experience managing complex, multi-workstream implementations across multiple customer stakeholder groups.
  • Strong project management fundamentals, including timeline management, dependency tracking, risk mitigation, and RACI frameworks.
  • Excellent stakeholder communication skills, including executive-level status meetings and business-relevant updates.
  • Experience working in a pod or team-based model with CSMs, technical resources, and support teams.
  • Ability to lead through influence rather than authority.
  • Comfort working in a high-growth environment where processes are still being built.
  • Experience in endpoint security, insider risk, DLP, workforce monitoring, or adjacent cybersecurity/compliance SaaS categories is preferred.
  • Familiarity with on-premise or hybrid deployment models is preferred.
  • Experience with ChurnZero, Intercom, HubSpot, or similar CS/Support tools is preferred.
  • Background in pre-sales engagement or solution scoping alongside sales teams is preferred.
  • Experience building implementation or professional services functions from the ground up is preferred.
