Description

  • Own operational alignment and serve as the primary operational contact for assigned client accounts.
  • Develop working knowledge of client contracts, SLAs, workflows, service scope, and operational dependencies.
  • Analyze performance data and inventory health to identify trends, risks, deviations, and improvement opportunities.
  • Lead root cause analyses and develop, track, and validate outcome-oriented corrective action plans.
  • Prepare and facilitate monthly operational reviews and recurring client meetings, including agendas, reporting, and follow-up.
  • Coordinate with Revenue Services, Client Success, Implementation, Product, and Technology teams to align priorities and commitments.
  • Escalate issues with clear context, analysis, and recommended next steps.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions, decisions, escalations, and action items.
  • Identify systemic issues across the client portfolio and contribute to process, workflow, and documentation improvements.
  • Support internal account reviews, onboarding, and knowledge transfer as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Operations, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in healthcare operations, revenue cycle, client-facing roles, or related environments.
  • Foundational understanding of operational workflows, data interpretation, and client support models.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including client-facing presentations.
  • Ability to independently manage client relationships and operational discussions.
  • Proven ability to influence without authority in cross-functional environments.
  • Consultative, problem-solving mindset with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Professional presence, adaptability, and ability to receive and apply feedback.
  • Regular attendance and ability to perform essential duties; equivalent education and experience may be considered.
