Description

  • Independently own operational alignment for assigned client accounts.
  • Develop a deep understanding of client contracts, SLAs, service-line scope, workflows, and operational dependencies.
  • Translate operational performance data into clear narratives that explain drivers, risks, and opportunities.
  • Proactively identify trends, risks, and misalignment and recommend corrective actions.
  • Partner with clients to align operational expectations with internal capabilities and constraints.
  • Monitor operational performance indicators and inventory health to spot emerging issues or deviations.
  • Lead root cause analysis efforts and develop outcome-oriented action plans with defined ownership and follow-up.
  • Prepare and facilitate monthly operational reviews and recurring client touchpoints.
  • Coordinate with Revenue Services, Client Success, Implementation, Product, and Technology teams to maintain alignment.
  • Document client meetings, escalations, decisions, and action items in CRM and internal systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Operations, or a related field required.
  • 3–5 years of experience in healthcare operations, revenue cycle, client-facing roles, or related environments.
  • Foundational understanding of operational workflows, data interpretation, and client support models.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including client-facing presentation experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently manage client relationships and operational discussions.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insight.
  • Proven ability to influence without authority in cross-functional environments.
  • Timely and regular attendance is required.
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Consultative mindset with a focus on problem-solving and continuous improvement is preferred/expected.
