Description

  • Lead cross-functional data science initiatives from problem framing through deployment, aligned to enterprise priorities and measurable business outcomes.
  • Design advanced analytical models, experimentation frameworks, and optimization strategies for ambiguous business problems.
  • Develop and deploy forecasting, causal inference, and optimization models with technical rigor and business relevance.
  • Establish KPI definitions, measurement frameworks, and success criteria to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Transform complex datasets into high-quality analytical assets while ensuring data integrity, governance, and usability.
  • Apply AI-driven feature engineering, data processing, and automation to improve speed, scale, and precision of insights.
  • Partner with senior leaders to identify opportunities, challenge assumptions, and shape data-driven strategies.
  • Communicate analytical findings through clear narratives and visualizations to drive understanding and adoption.
  • Mentor peers, promote best practices, and help build organizational data science capabilities.
  • Embed data science solutions into operational workflows and continuously improve them through monitoring and feedback loops.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in data science, advanced analytics, statistics, operations research, or a related quantitative field.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Applied Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline required.
  • Master’s degree preferred; PhD is a plus.
  • Advanced expertise in Python, SQL, and modern data platforms.
  • Strong experience with forecasting, experimentation, optimization, and causal inference.
  • Deep understanding of AI and machine learning techniques in regulated environments.
  • Experience owning large-scale or cross-functional initiatives.
  • Ability to translate ambiguity into structured analytical approaches and communicate with executive stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with modern data platforms such as Snowflake, AWS, and Microsoft Azure.
  • Preferred certification in statistics, experimentation, forecasting, optimization, causal inference, or a related analytical discipline.
