Description

  • Generate demand for telehealth fulfillment partnerships through outbound outreach, industry events, referrals, and marketing partnerships.
  • Own new telehealth revenue generation by identifying, qualifying, prioritizing, and closing high-value partner opportunities.
  • Lead end-to-end deal structuring, including pricing, product alignment, and operational feasibility for sustainable partnerships.
  • Build, manage, and forecast a robust partner pipeline using CRM discipline and AI-assisted tools.
  • Develop and execute complex pursuit strategies across long-cycle enterprise sales opportunities.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Technology, Operations, Finance, and executive stakeholders to maintain deal momentum and alignment.
  • Build and manage trusted relationships with senior executives at telehealth, digital health, and provider organizations.
  • Lead negotiations with external stakeholders to secure favorable commercial outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate tracking of deal stages, risks, and timelines to improve forecast visibility and accountability.
  • Partner internally with Strategic Sales Pursuits and other teams to align on opportunity selection and execution.

Requirements

  • 10 or more years of experience in enterprise or strategic sales within telehealth, digital health, or healthcare technology environments.
  • Proven success closing large, complex deals in multi-stakeholder, long-cycle enterprise sales environments.
  • Experience with complex deal structuring and revenue growth in telehealth or digital health settings.
  • Advanced proficiency in AI-driven forecasting, CRM systems, and data analytics tools.
  • Strong executive presence, negotiation skills, and ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree required, or equivalent experience in a high-growth, regulated, or technology-driven organization.
  • Strong systems thinking and the ability to align commercial strategy, operations, and technology in regulated healthcare environments.
  • Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience using AI tools effectively in sales strategy, forecasting, or deal execution (preferred).
  • Familiarity with the compounding regulatory landscape and 503A/503B healthcare operations (preferred).
