Description

  • Recruit, engage, educate, and close qualified franchise candidates for new territory awards.
  • Collaborate with brand leaders to align on territory and franchisee growth objectives.
  • Manage candidate progression through the CRM and sales funnel.
  • Provide market intelligence and competitive insights on the company’s brands and their competitors.
  • Work with brand, departmental, and marketing leaders to develop, deploy, assess, and adjust the annual unit growth strategy.
  • Report KPI and growth performance data to leadership.
  • Build and maintain relationships with broker network representatives and attend industry-related events to keep the brand top of mind.
  • Support franchisee attainment and broader enterprise growth through execution of growth strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of franchise development experience, preferably in a matrixed, multi-branded organization.
  • Experience with organic lead generation and broker-related lead generation tactics.
  • Deep knowledge of franchise broker organizations and relationships with their members.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and communicate effectively across multiple functions.
  • Demonstrated experience working closely with brand leadership, team members, and portfolio leadership.
  • Strong understanding of the overall franchise development process.
  • Ability to travel approximately 30-40%.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms, preferably HubSpot.
  • High-achievement, hunter/performance mindset is strongly preferred.
