Description

  • Own regional performance across growth, retention, service stability, operational execution, and overall business health.
  • Set performance expectations, clarify accountability, and ensure Regional Directors focus on key outcomes and leading indicators.
  • Identify performance gaps, emerging risks, and trends, then coach Regional Directors through effective action plans.
  • Serve as the primary leader, coach, and mentor to Regional Directors while building their leadership capability and business acumen.
  • Establish a consistent leadership cadence that improves visibility, execution, prioritization, and accountability across regions.
  • Keep leaders focused on high-impact business drivers and reduce competing priorities and organizational noise.
  • Identify and resolve systemic handoff issues and cross-functional barriers affecting customers, employees, or business performance.
  • Partner with functional VPs and enterprise leaders to address constraints beyond regional authority.
  • Proactively identify, escalate, and drive resolution of material risks across performance, talent, service delivery, customer experience, and operations.

Requirements

  • At least 10 years of progressive leadership experience in a service-based business environment.
  • Franchise or multi-unit operations experience strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent education and relevant experience will be considered.
  • Demonstrated financial acumen, including the ability to interpret P&L statements, identify trends, and improve operations.
  • Experience balancing hands-on field leadership with strategic planning and executive-level communication.
  • Experience developing and presenting business strategies, operational insights, and performance recommendations to senior leaders.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, leadership, relationship-building, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to influence across multiple locations and functions and drive continuous operational improvement.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% throughout the assigned region, including regular travel to Empower Brands’ headquarters in Atlanta, Georgia.
