Description

  • Own regional performance across growth, retention, service stability, operational execution, and overall business health.
  • Establish performance expectations, accountability standards, and success measures for Regional Directors.
  • Identify performance trends, gaps, and risks, and coach leaders through effective action plans.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop Regional Directors in decision-making, prioritization, business acumen, and ownership of key metrics.
  • Create a consistent leadership cadence that reinforces visibility, accountability, and focus on high-impact priorities.
  • Resolve systemic handoff issues and operational friction affecting customers, employees, and business performance.
  • Partner with functional vice presidents and enterprise leaders to address issues beyond regional control.
  • Identify, escalate, and drive material business, talent, service, customer, and operational risks through resolution.
  • Promote root-cause analysis, continuous improvement, and measurable progress across regions.

Requirements

  • At least 10 years of progressive leadership experience in a service-based business environment.
  • Franchise or multi-unit operations experience strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent education and relevant experience may be considered.
  • Demonstrated financial acumen, including the ability to interpret P&L statements and identify performance trends.
  • Experience balancing hands-on field operations leadership with strategic planning and executive communication.
  • Experience developing and presenting business strategies, operational insights, and performance recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate across multiple locations and functions.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% throughout the assigned region, including regular travel to Empower Brands’ headquarters in Atlanta, Georgia.
