Description

  • Conduct welcome calls and structured 45-minute Zoom onboarding sessions for new members.
  • Guide members through the platform, confirm next steps, and help establish weekly commitments and onboarding milestones.
  • Review member profiles, goals, and strategy recommendations before client calls.
  • Build strong client relationships through proactive communication and regular follow-up.
  • Monitor engagement, identify members at risk of disengaging, and take action to restore momentum.
  • Follow up by phone, SMS, and email when clients fall behind on agreed actions.
  • Respond to client queries promptly and professionally throughout the onboarding and deal-readiness journey.
  • Support members with basic feasibility checks, deal understanding, and general guidance.
  • Adapt communication styles to different personality types and handle objections with empathy and professionalism.
  • Maintain accurate CRM notes, track client activity, and provide leadership with clear visibility into progress and performance.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in client success, relationship management, account management, sales, or customer onboarding.
  • Exceptional spoken and written English communication skills.
  • Confident, professional, and engaging presence on Zoom calls.
  • Strong people skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Ability to ask thoughtful questions, guide conversations effectively, and hold clients accountable.
  • High emotional intelligence, strong listening skills, and strong attention to detail.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to identify issues before they escalate.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and digital platforms, including GoHighLevel or similar CRM systems.
  • Ability to work Australian business hours consistently.
  • Experience working with high value or high touch clients is highly regarded.
  • Exposure to property, real estate, coaching, or investment industries is preferred.
  • Understanding of personality or behavioural assessment frameworks is preferred.
  • Interest in AI-powered platforms and technology-enabled businesses is preferred.
