Description

  • Monitor the CRM for outstanding tasks, missing documents, and stalled application progress.
  • Liaise with brokers, clients, lenders, and internal teams to chase documents and drive applications to completion.
  • Prepare files and documents, enter data, upload applications, and support workflow routing while maintaining accuracy and compliance.
  • Respond to client enquiries by phone and email and provide status updates in a professional, helpful manner.
  • Prioritise incoming broker support tasks with the sales team to keep busy deal pipelines on track.
  • Maintain CRM data integrity, including contact details, application status, and follow-up tasks.
  • Generate basic reports and track key metrics such as outstanding documents by broker.
  • Support operations, settlement, and marketing teams with reports, coordination, and handover activities.

Requirements

  • Strong administrative experience, preferably in a finance or brokerage environment.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.
  • Basic CRM experience is essential, ideally HubSpot, including tasks, workflows, and sales pipeline management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong customer service orientation.
  • Highly organised and methodical, with the ability to track multiple moving parts and prevent follow-up items from being missed.
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including the ability to generate basic reports and manage data.
  • Understanding of broker workflows from application through to settlement, including documentation obligations and lender requirements.

Benefits

  • Fully remote role based in South Africa.
  • Long-term contractor engagement.
  • Monthly salary of R16 000 to R27 000, negotiable based on experience.
  • Work hours of Monday to Friday, 12am to 8am SAST.
