Description

  • Handle approximately 500–600 therapist support tickets per week with efficiency and accuracy.
  • Resolve escalated and complex issues through appropriate judgment and cross-team coordination.
  • Identify recurring trends and recommend process improvements or resource updates.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of platform tools, policies, and procedures to support therapists.
  • Collaborate with Clinical, Product, Legal, and other teams to streamline workflows.
  • Support new initiatives and projects that improve therapist engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
  • Provide timely, high-quality assistance that helps therapists succeed on the platform.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in a contact center or similar customer-facing role handling email, chat, and phone support.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Written and verbal fluency in Spanish.
  • Proven ability to manage a high-volume workload with strong attention to detail, accuracy, and efficiency.
  • Ability to multitask across multiple systems.
  • Experience handling escalated or complex inquiries with sound judgment and problem-solving ability.
  • Adaptable and proactive, with the ability to support new initiatives and strategic projects.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote team environment.
  • Willingness to work remotely on PST hours, with travel to the San Jose, CA office up to three times per year plus one company-wide offsite.
  • Experience level, education, work experience, location, and certifications may affect total compensation.
