Description

  • Execute corporate communications programs across public relations, internal communications, crisis communications, analyst relations, and executive communications.
  • Manage day-to-day agency relationships and track PR performance against goals.
  • Develop and refine messaging for company announcements, product news, and other key business moments.
  • Monitor the media landscape, competitive activity, and industry conversations to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Support planning and execution of communications during sensitive, high-impact, or organizational change situations.
  • Maintain and refine crisis communications frameworks, messaging, and escalation processes.
  • Coordinate with legal, HR, leadership, and other cross-functional partners on reputation-sensitive responses and aligned messaging.
  • Execute internal communications for company-wide updates and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Manage end-to-end production of the company podcast and thought leadership content programs.
  • Coordinate analyst briefings and support Employ’s positioning and narrative within the HR technology landscape.
  • Support executive visibility through thought leadership content, bylines, and speaking opportunities.
  • May manage or mentor junior communications team members and help maintain planning calendars, workflows, and operational processes.

Requirements

  • 4–7 years of experience in communications, public relations, or corporate communications.
  • Experience executing communications programs within B2B, SaaS, technology, or HR technology organizations preferred.
  • Hands-on experience managing PR agency relationships and external communications partners.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting crisis communications and executive communications initiatives.
  • Strong writing, messaging, and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and partnering with senior stakeholders.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
  • Experience within HR technology, SaaS, or enterprise technology industries preferred.
  • Familiarity with analyst relations, brand positioning, or thought leadership programs preferred.
  • Experience working through periods of organizational change, transformation, or rapid growth preferred.
