Description

  • Partner with CX, Revenue, Product, and senior leaders to align enablement strategies with business priorities.
  • Conduct role-level needs assessments to identify skill gaps and performance opportunities.
  • Design learning plans that combine training, enablement resources, performance measurement, and behavior-change support.
  • Facilitate enablement sessions, large-group trainings, and coaching for CX and Revenue teams.
  • Develop onboarding assets and support new hires in achieving ramp-up performance targets.
  • Own enablement initiatives from planning through launch, adoption, and measurement.
  • Monitor KPIs, dashboards, and call reviews to evaluate program impact and identify readiness gaps.
  • Implement targeted interventions and continuously refine learning strategies based on data and feedback.
  • Create and maintain enablement resources, communications, training calendars, and Highspot content.
  • Manage cross-functional timelines, risks, stakeholder follow-through, and project blockers.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in learning and development, enablement, or a CX or Revenue role within a technology company.
  • Proven experience supporting customer-facing teams.
  • Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills, including influencing senior leaders.
  • Experience owning multiple projects, prioritizing work, and delivering high-quality outcomes on time.
  • Ability to translate strategy into execution with consistent follow-through.
  • Expertise in instructional design, adult learning principles, and performance consulting.
  • Ability to analyze performance data and turn insights into enablement actions.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and project management skills.
  • Experience in a high-growth, matrixed technology environment (preferred).
  • Familiarity with Highspot or Seismic, Salesforce, and learning systems such as Absorb, Cornerstone, or Degreed (preferred).
