Description

  • Map the APAC digital agency and consultancy ecosystem to identify high-potential partners aligned with Emplifi’s customer profile and market segments.
  • Define the criteria, structure, and segmentation for the agency partner program with a focus on growth and scalability.
  • Proactively identify, engage, and sign new agency partners that can generate qualified leads and new pipeline opportunities.
  • Co-create joint value propositions and campaign assets with partners and execute integrated go-to-market plans that drive demand.
  • Work with Account Executives, Customer Success Managers, and Marketing teams to grow partner-sourced pipeline and support deal acceleration.
  • Collaborate with Legal, Product, and Finance to build mutually beneficial and scalable partnership models.
  • Establish, track, and optimize KPIs for partner-sourced pipeline, win rates, deal velocity, and customer retention.
  • Manage a portfolio of agency partners, including upsell, renewal, and client management responsibilities.

Requirements

  • 5–7+ years of experience in partner/channel management, business development, or agency ecosystem roles within SaaS, MarTech, AdTech, or CX platforms.
  • Demonstrated success in partner acquisition, co-selling, and pipeline/revenue generation.
  • Familiarity with how digital, performance, and creative agencies operate, including their business models, client acquisition methods, and service offerings.
  • Existing relationships within the APAC agency landscape are a major plus.
  • Ability to influence across functions, align incentives, and navigate complex stakeholder environments.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, international environments is preferred.
  • Based in Sydney or able to work from Sydney for this role.
