Description

  • Lead and execute joint marketing programs with technology partners to drive demand, pipeline influence, and platform adoption.
  • Design and deliver co-marketing initiatives across campaigns, content, launches, and ecosystem programs with ISVs and ecommerce platforms.
  • Own technology partner sponsorship strategy and execution for flagship events and global brand moments such as K:Boston, K:Sydney, and K:London.
  • Create sponsorship and activation opportunities that align partner goals with Klaviyo’s brand, audience, and go-to-market priorities.
  • Partner with Partnerships, Field Marketing, Events, Product Marketing, and Sales to align programs with broader business goals.
  • Own end-to-end partner marketing execution from strategy and planning through launch, delivery, and performance measurement.
  • Use data and performance insights to evaluate program effectiveness, optimize ROI, and scale successful partner motions.
  • Act as a cross-functional connector across Marketing, Partnerships, Sales, and Product to ensure consistent messaging and clear partner value propositions.
  • Champion partner and field feedback internally to improve ecosystem marketing effectiveness.
  • Stay current on ecommerce and technology partner trends, competitive dynamics, and platform innovations.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in partner marketing, alliances marketing, ecosystem marketing, or B2B technology marketing.
  • Proven experience designing and executing joint marketing programs with technology partners that drive measurable demand and adoption.
  • Understanding of ecommerce and/or SaaS ecosystems, including ISVs, platforms, and partner-led growth models.
  • Experience working closely with partnerships, sales, and cross-functional marketing teams in a multi-stakeholder environment.
  • Ability to roll up your sleeves and execute programs end to end in a fast-paced environment.
  • Data-driven and outcomes-focused approach to using insights and performance metrics to guide decisions.
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to build trust and influence across internal teams and external partners.
  • Accountability and goal orientation, with consistent ownership of initiatives and commitments.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills for crafting joint narratives and representing marketing initiatives confidently.
  • High organization and the ability to manage multiple partners, programs, and timelines simultaneously.
  • Comfort with periodic travel for partner engagements, events, and flagship Klaviyo initiatives.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $104,000 to $156,000 USD for U.S. locations.
  • Eligibility for the company’s annual cash bonus plan.
  • Equity compensation may be included.
  • Sign-on payments may be included.

  • Flexible travel expectations, with up to 10% travel coordinated in advance.
