Description

  • Manage and grow relationships with existing retail partners across the UK and Ireland.
  • Increase sales by expanding product portfolios and applying pricing strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and coordinate seamlessly with internal teams.
  • Identify commercial opportunities, negotiate agreements, and prepare customer proposals and contracts.
  • Develop tailored promotional plans for each retail partner and measure their effectiveness.
  • Visit retail stores regularly to strengthen relationships, assess product presentation, and identify improvements.
  • Deliver product training to retail sales teams so they can confidently sell the products.
  • Monitor account performance, forecast sales, and identify risks and growth opportunities.
  • Gather market intelligence and customer feedback to inform future commercial strategies.

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience managing retail or wholesale accounts.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to develop long-term partnerships.
  • Commercial mindset with strong negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Highly organized and able to manage your own schedule in a remote environment.
  • Results-oriented, proactive, and motivated by ambitious sales targets.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across the UK and Ireland.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
  • Experience in the bedding, furniture, home, lifestyle, or consumer goods industry is an advantage.
  • Valid driver's license.
