Description

  • Expand the existing client base and grow the product portfolio within assigned accounts.
  • Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams to ensure successful project implementation.
  • Track account development, address client pain points, and adjust sales forecasts based on opportunities and performance.
  • Identify and share new business opportunities and prepare contracts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients by understanding their needs and preparing tailored solutions.
  • Create, implement, and evaluate promotional plans for each client.
  • Visit existing clients and stores to assess needs and promote products and POS materials.
  • Train store sales staff on products and sales support materials.

Requirements

  • Experience in sales, ideally in the bedding or furniture sector (preferred).
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Curious mindset and willingness to learn.
  • Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication skills in English at C2 level.
  • Additional EU languages are a plus.
  • Valid driving license is required.
