Description

  • Analyze, develop, and maintain bonus schemes for the commercial team, including quarterly calculations.
  • Analyze employee remuneration, including CR and paymix analysis.
  • Create and maintain salary bands and salary ranges.
  • Prepare market data for HR business partners and business stakeholders upon request.
  • Administer bonus payments through a clear and transparent monthly process.
  • Calculate quarterly accruals, including consolidation, verification, and transfer to the finance team.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in compensation and benefits, including development and administration of motivation systems.
  • Ability to work with large volumes of data.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in complex Excel and Google Sheets formulas.
  • Strong written and spoken English.
