Description

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding across departments.
  • Develop talent pipelines and employer branding strategies to attract strong candidates.
  • Design and improve onboarding programs that integrate new hires into company culture and processes.
  • Work with executive leadership to structure teams and reshape the organization based on business needs.
  • Conduct job analyses and update organization charts, workflow processes, and structural policies.
  • Draft and revise job descriptions and establish measurable KPIs with departmental leaders.
  • Design, implement, and oversee performance management tracking systems.
  • Guide managers through goal setting, appraisals, feedback, performance improvement plans, and succession planning.
  • Address employee concerns, investigate issues, and resolve conflicts in line with company values and legal frameworks.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure HR practices comply with employment laws and health and safety guidelines.
  • Conduct training needs assessments, coordinate learning programs, and support development plans.
  • Partner with Finance and vendors to manage payroll, leave, benefits, and compensation-related matters.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or business administration.
  • 3-5 years of progressive HR experience.
  • Demonstrated expertise in performance management and organizational design.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Experience with performance management platforms.
  • Solid understanding of employment law, HR compliance, and regulatory requirements.
  • High standards of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
  • Strong strategic thinking, interpersonal, communication, analytical, problem-solving, adaptability, and execution skills.
  • Fluent English is required.
