Description

  • Provide technical support to clients and partners of the company.
  • Perform technical administration of systems such as Payment Gateway, eWallet, CRM, and related tools.
  • Monitor and support system applications to ensure stable operation.
  • Create and update merchant client accounts in the system.
  • Assist clients during integration and support integrations with service providers.
  • Troubleshoot, track, and resolve issues raised internally and by clients in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with other teams and clients to resolve technical issues.
  • Participate in weekly product releases, execute tests, analyze results, and report findings.
  • Ensure compliance with internal regulations, procedures, and policies under ISO and PCI DSS standards.
  • Work on a 24/7 support schedule as part of the TS team.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a similar technical support position.
  • Familiarity with HTTP/HTTPS, FTP/SFTP, SSL/TLS, and TCP/IP.
  • Understanding of the client/server model.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Experience with MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Highly proficient spoken and written English.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
  • Enthusiastic, hard-working, and motivated attitude.
  • Previous experience supporting high-availability systems at 1st or 2nd level is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of Ajax, XML, PHP, SQL, and shopping carts or other eCommerce software is an advantage.
  • Willingness to work on shifts is an advantage.
