Description

  • Act as the technical integration expert across enterprise implementations, joining discovery and solution conversations when they turn to ATS, Workday/HRIS, SSO, Outlook/Microsoft 365, data flows, and field mapping.
  • Lead integration discovery by understanding each customer’s tech stack, mapping requirements to platform capabilities, and translating business goals into a workable technical design.
  • Design and document field mappings, data flows, and integration approaches, including source-of-truth decisions and whether solutions are standard or bespoke.
  • Scope technical feasibility, distinguish current capabilities from roadmap items, and provide clear answers on what can be delivered.
  • Support pre-sales as the integration expert by assessing feasibility, answering technical questions, contributing to RFPs, and completing security questionnaires.
  • Act as the customer-facing front end of the Product Integration Engineering team, translating requirements into integration specs and coordinating delivery with Product and Engineering.
  • Own the integration workstream alongside the Implementation Manager, including risk spotting, troubleshooting, and keeping delivery on track to go-live.
  • Partner with internal specialists on what assessment and AI interview evidence should flow back into the ATS and on feasibility for customer-specific product work.
  • Support phased implementation approaches, including customers going live without a full integration and adding ATS or Workday integration later.
  • Build repeatable integration playbooks, templates, and documentation, and feed customer insights back into Product and Engineering to improve scalability.
  • Provide input to information security, SSO/identity, and supplier onboarding conversations as needed.
  • Help shape the integration roadmap by channeling customer needs and recurring requirements to the Product Integration Engineering Product Manager.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience designing and delivering integrations between SaaS products and enterprise systems, including Workday, SuccessFactors, and Oracle.
  • Strong working understanding of integration methods and concepts such as APIs, webhooks, data/field mapping, ETL, SSO/SAML, and common HR data flows.
  • Customer-facing confidence to lead technical discovery with senior business stakeholders and technical or IT teams, and explain complex integration topics in plain language.
  • Comfort navigating ambiguity in a fast-evolving product, with good judgment on what is standard, what is bespoke, and when to escalate.
  • Experience supporting sales cycles and pre-sales as a technical or solutions expert.
  • Experience contributing to RFPs, security questionnaires, and technical proposals.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to run multiple integration workstreams across concurrent enterprise implementations.
  • A genuine startup mindset: adaptable, resilient, resourceful, and comfortable delivering in an evolving environment.
  • Familiarity with SSO/identity tools and standards such as SAML and OIDC, Microsoft 365/Outlook integration, and middleware or iPaaS tools such as Kombo or Merge is preferred.
  • Data literacy or light scripting experience with JSON, SQL, or Postman to validate and troubleshoot integrations is preferred.
  • Exposure to AI governance, information security processes, or supplier onboarding requirements is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for client visits, including potential international travel, is preferred.
