Description

  • Provide direct support to students by phone, email, and online chat.
  • Foster student-to-student communication and maintain an engaged learning community.
  • Serve as the communication link between students and instructors.
  • Support live classes in real time to help ensure a smooth experience for instructors and students.
  • Proactively resolve student concerns, including minor technical issues, to prevent disruptions to learning.
  • Assist students with basic platform and Zoom-related troubleshooting.
  • Conduct student meetings and represent the company professionally on Zoom.
  • Manage support requests efficiently in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, or a related field preferred.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, are mandatory.
  • Broad understanding of modern online business technologies and common digital platforms.
  • Proficiency with Asana, HubSpot or similar CRM tools, Google Sheets, and Zoom.
  • Ability to perform minor technical troubleshooting, including helping users join Zoom sessions.
  • Presentable and confident on Zoom when hosting student meetings.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to manage time and resources effectively.
  • Ability to engage thoughtfully with students and understand sophisticated educational products.
  • Open to candidates located anywhere in Mexico for a full-time remote position.
