Description

  • Provide direct support to students via phone, email, and online chat.
  • Encourage student-to-student communication and help maintain a supportive learning community.
  • Act as a liaison between students and instructors to ensure clear communication.
  • Provide real-time support during live classes for both instructors and students.
  • Proactively identify, address, and resolve student concerns, including technical issues.
  • Assist with minor technical troubleshooting, such as helping students join Zoom sessions.
  • Help foster an engaging and seamless educational experience across the student journey.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, or a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, are mandatory.
  • Ability to engage intellectually with students and understand sophisticated educational products.
  • Broad understanding of modern online business technologies and the tools used in the role.
  • Proficiency with Asana, HubSpot or other CRM tools, Google Sheets, and Zoom.
  • Ability to perform minor technical troubleshooting.
  • Presentable and confident on Zoom for student meetings.
  • Strong time management skills in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
  • Must be located anywhere in Mexico for this full-time remote position.
