Description

  • Handle refunds, client retention, billing inquiries, and overdue accounts.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including calendar management and appointment scheduling.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure accurate and timely delivery of customer proposals and invoices.
  • Coordinate with marketing, finance, and operations to keep sales processes running smoothly.
  • Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems and other databases.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and colleagues through phone and email communication.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in sales, customer retention, or a similar role.
  • Excellent phone and email communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with a CRM system is preferred.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude, self-starter mindset, and team-player approach.
  • Full-time availability for a remote shift from 1 PM to 10 PM UK time.
