Description

  • Conduct outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups with prospective students.
  • Qualify leads by understanding their career goals, challenges, and educational needs.
  • Schedule consultations and guide prospects through the enrollment journey.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities.
  • Meet and exceed outreach, appointment-setting, and enrollment targets.
  • Maintain accurate records and activity tracking in the CRM system.
  • Share market insights and customer feedback to improve sales strategies and program offerings.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in outbound sales, business development, lead generation, or appointment setting.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
  • Confidence in handling objections and engaging prospects over the phone.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools.
  • Highly organized with strong time-management skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently.
  • Experience in education, SaaS, consulting, or high-ticket sales is a plus.
